Wonderly Software Solutions, LLC (“Wonderly”, “we”, “our” or “us”) recognizes the importance of data privacy. We believe that privacy is a matter of trust, and we are committed to managing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently. We want our website visitors, customers, employees, and other business partners (collectively, “you” or “your”) to understand the ways we collect, use, and share personal data about you.

This Privacy Statement applies to our business operations in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and to the website (hereafter, the “Site”). This Privacy Statement does not apply to our software platform, Bella Scena”. Please review the Bella Scena Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for more information. This Privacy Statement does not cover information collected on sites, applications, destinations, or services linked to from the Site that we do not own or control.


Personal Data We Collect

When you use our Site, we may collect different types of personal data about you. This personal data may include the following: your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone and fax number, company name and job title. We collect only personal data that you provide to us voluntarily and with your consent. Wonderly takes measures to ensure that we collect personal data for specified, explicit and legitimate reasons only namely, to provide products and services to you and meet our legal obligations. We also take steps to limit the personal data we collect to only the minimum necessary to carry out our mission.

Unless identified above or specifically requested by us, we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the Site or otherwise to us. Any requested information that includes sensitive information about health, political opinions, ethnicity, race, religion, sex life or sexual orientation can be left unanswered.

How We Collect Your Personal Data

We may collect your personal data when you:

If you apply for a job with Wonderly and/or receive an offer of employment, we may collect special categories of personal data, such as: your birthdate, social security number, and other information necessary to facilitate the employment process.

Log Files

We may use log files to record data about each users’ visit to our Site. When you visit the Site, we collect the IP (Internet Protocol) address connected to your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system, the type of browser you are using, mobile device operating system (if you are accessing the Site using a mobile device), as well as the name of your ISP (“Internet Service Provider”) or your mobile carrier. We use this information to analyze overall trends to help improve the Site. We do not share log data with third-parties unless required by law to do so.


Consent for Use of Cookies

Wonderly notifies first-time visitors about our intent to use cookies via a banner appearing at the bottom of the web page. It is via this banner that visitors may provide their consent to Wonderly’s use of cookies. Once a visitor provides consent, the banner will no longer appear. At this time, Wonderly does not provide options to block the cookies operating on the sites.

We may use cookies to track Site usage and trends, to improve the quality of the Site, and to customize your experience on the Site. We save a “cookie” a small text file on your computer. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but in some cases doing so may impact your ability to use the Site.

Google Analytics service collects information on the Site, including top webpages, the links that users click, time spent on the Site, visitor demographics, and sources of traffic to the Site. We do not use Google Analytics service to collect or process data that uniquely identifies an individual.

From time to time, we may collect information from you via an online survey. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and you may decline to respond to such survey requests or decline to provide any type of personal information requested in such surveys.


We may collect and use anonymized personal data for academic research. As a user of our products and services, you consent to our use of anonymized personal data for academic research.

Your Consent to Our Collection and Subsequent Use

By using this Site or otherwise communicating with Wonderly electronically, you consent our collection and subsequent use of your personal data for our legitimate business uses. If you do not consent to such collection or subsequent use of your personal data, you may not be able to communicate electronically with Wonderly.

Access: You have the right to request that we provide you access to your personal data held by Wonderly.

Objection: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to Wonderly’s processing of personal data about you, unless Wonderly demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for continuing such processing. You also have the right to object to any automated decision-making (such as user profiling) used by Wonderly.

Complaints: You have the right to lodge a complaint or concern about our data privacy practices with Wonderly directly and/or with an appropriate supervisory authority.

Wonderly does not intend this Site for use by individuals under 18 years of age. Individuals under age 18 should avoid providing any personal data to the Site without verifiable parental consent.

California’s “Online Erasure” law, Business and Professions Code ?? 22580-22582, requires operators of certain websites and online services to allow registered users who are under the age of 18 and residents of California to request removal of content they post. In such an unfortunate event, we will promptly notify data breach victims, in accordance with notification procedures defined in our internal policies, and as required by applicable law.
